Share Your Practice. Give Back. Inspire Others.
Are you a passionate Child and Youth Care practitioner with knowledge, skills, and real-world experience to share?

FACILITATOR OPPORTUNITIES
What to expect as a CYC Assets facilitator.
At CYC Assets, we are inviting practitioners to step forward as webinar facilitators—to give back to the CYC community, share the richness of their practice, and support others in building confidence and competence in their work with children, youth, and families.
This is your opportunity to take what you’ve learned on the ground—your strategies, insights, and lived experiences—and translate it into a 2-hour, practice-focused webinar that others can immediately apply in their next shift.
Why It Matters
CYC is built on shared knowledge, mentorship, and relationships. This is your chance to contribute to that tradition—to give back, inspire others, and strengthen the field through your voice and experience.
What We Offer
- $250 honorarium for the development and delivery of your 2-hour webinar
- Promotion and registration managed through CYC Assets
- A platform to expand your professional presence and credibility
- The opportunity to contribute to meaningful, accessible professional development

- Bring CYC education and/or a strong understanding of relational Child and Youth Care practice
- Can share practical strategies and techniques that practitioners can use right away
- Value a conversational, engaging style rather than lecture-based delivery
