CYC Assets provides digital access to on-demand webinar content. This Refunds and Returns Policy explains how refunds, returns, and access issues are handled for purchases made through our website.
Digital Products
Our webinars are digital access products. No physical product is shipped.
When you purchase a webinar, you receive streaming access to that webinar through your website account for the access period listed on the product page.
Webinar Access Period
Each webinar purchase includes 5 days of streaming access, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Access begins after your purchase is completed and is connected to the account used at checkout. To view your purchased webinar, you must log in using the same account/email address used when placing your order.
No Returns or Exchanges
Because our webinars are digital products and no physical goods are shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Refunds
All webinar purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Not watching the webinar during the 5-day access period
- Purchasing the wrong webinar
- Changing your mind after purchase
- Forgetting to log in or use the webinar access during the access period
- Internet, browser, device, or email issues unrelated to our website
- Sharing the account or access link with someone else
Technical Access Issues
If you purchase a webinar and are unable to access it because of a website or account issue, please contact us as soon as possible at:

- A brief description of the issue
We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve access issues. If we confirm that access could not be provided due to an issue with our website and we are unable to resolve it, we may provide an access extension, replacement access, or a refund at our discretion.
Duplicate Purchases or Billing Errors
