- age/developmentally appropriate ways.
- Formulating safety/action plans with students (depending on age)

Presenter Kirsti Conway, CYC, BA CYC MA
Bio: Kirsti graduated as a CYW from George Brown College and has a BA CYC from Ryerson University. Kirsti loves working with children, youth, and their families and is committed to empowering young people as they prepare for the new world unfolding in front of them. She has worked in many different areas of Child and Youth Care including the non-profit sector, community-based programs, residential services, youth justice, youth mental health day treatment, individual and in-home counseling as well as the education sector.
